Johannes did an excellent job covering all the little things that we as the sellers, and buyers of our new home, didn't really think about, or even know about. He always made sure all "t"s were crossed and "i"s dotted. If there was something that he didn't know, he readily admitted it, researched it, and got back to us promptly with the information.
